RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the purchased products within 14 days from receiving the order.
If you wish to return a product, follow the simple steps below:
- After 24 hours from receiving the order, access the section MY ACCOUNT and then click RMA.
In the RMA section, click Add and Select the order containing the products you wish to return or replace, specifying the reason, the request and the quantity of the Product.
If the Product is damaged or faulty, simply upload images in the box Images of Product, clicking Attach image.
- Check your mailbox, you will receive a confirmation email of taking charge of your Return Material Authorisation (RMA) form.
- Return the products in their original packaging: products must be returned in the same condition they were received, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all parts, unused, with and labels and tags still attached to the products.
Our warehouse operators will check all returned products to ensure they are in perfect conditions; you will be charged for any loss of value of the product, and receive a refund for the residual amount.

- Shipping receipts must be kept for future reference, until the RMA and refund are completed.
Please send us the shipment document to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- When our warehouse receives the returned products, we will effect the refund using the same means of payment used to make the purchase (credit card, PayPal).

- The shipping cost and other costs shall be borne by the Customer; only in case of non conformity or defects of the Product, the shipmente cost will refunded.
RETURN OF FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the received products are damaged, non-compliant, faulty or incorrect, you may apply for a refund or replacement of the purchased goods.
To request a refund, follow the instructions provided in the “RMA Request” paragraph above, indicating “Damaged Product”, the reason, and attach one or more images of the product that clearly show the defect.
In cases of defects and/or nonconformities, the Consumer shall be entitled to have the conformity of the Product reinstated with repair or replacement of the same by the Seller, or to receive a proportional reduction of the price, or to resolve the contract in accordance with the conditions exposed in the articles 135-bis, 135-ter and 135-quater of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 170/2021.
