Products purchased on the www.piazzasempione.com website are normally delivered within 5 working days from the order date in Italy, and within 8 days for all other destinations.

All of our orders are packed and shipped from Italy.

To be sure that you get your items by 25 December, please note the following cutoff dates:

INTERNATIONAL: Standard shipping: all orders must be placed by 16 December to ensure delivery by Christmas. Express shipping: all orders must be placed by 19 December.

Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.

An extra working day, compared to the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.

For orders paid for by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated upon receiving payment confirmation.
